Any woman of at least eighteen years of age, who is descended from a man or woman of unfailing loyalty and aid to the cause of American independence (1775-1783), is eligible. A prospective member must be able to prove her lineage back to an ancestor who served the American cause during the American Revolution. The chapter registrar is prepared to provide advice and assistance in this endeavor, if needed.
Chapter members are women, eighteen years of age or older, business and professional women, homemakers, retirees, mothers of young children, grandmothers, and students.

* to preserve the memory and tradition of our Revolutionary ancestors in a permanent genealogical record
* to further the work of the NSDAR through its three objectives:
historic preservation
