The DAR supports a variety of different educational programs, contests,  and awards. Students are invited to become involved and participate in these different programs. Reference this site for useful information and materials about the DAR educational programs for local schools and communities.

Educational programs for local communities include awards for students, scholarships, and essay contests that encourage students to be patriotic citizens.

Massachusetts State Society DAR supports schools throughout the country, such as the Hillside School, located in Marlborough, Massachusetts.
